My 12-year-old Voltas AC was always serviced by Voltas, but every time they were very brutal with the dismantling, resulting in some minor breakage. The only plus was that they used to come and do it on the spot. Now my aluminium coil had developed a leak, and they said it will cost 10K for a coil change and service. I had decided on buying a new AC, but I wasn’t ready to throw this old one away yet. I took a chance by calling Mr. Chandran from New Kerala Refrigeration, and he serviced my old AC, fixed the broken parts, filled gas, changed the coil to copper, and installed this AC in another room on the first floor (with high-quality insulators, etc.), all under 11K. He came and did all this before the promised time, and that too when there was a death in his family. I can’t thank him and his team enough. Great commitment, great value, and on time. Thank you!
