Pathetic service, inefficient staffs, lack knowledge, totally unprofessional. Day 1 they said will come for the service at 11 am but came by 4 pm in the evening and after visiting could not provide proper solution regarding installation, rather trying to do some drining for the AC pipe my entire light got disconnected. Day 2 again they said they would come by 12.30 pm but again they came after 3 pm in the evening and continued work till 10 pm at my site again Day 3 came at 1 pm and finally completed the installation of 3 nos AC at 10.30 pm in the night evening and provided a astronomically high, Apart from installation and stand and extra outlet pipe they didn't even communicated well to me regarding the power cable and pipe wrapping cost and included all of this cost making the bill sound ilogically high, asking for invoice and Service chart they provided a not gst invoice after 1 hour of service completion. The experience was totally unpleasant. And the service provided Papu Dey who said himself to be the owner of TD enterprise is highly unprofessional and misleading in his words.

Nonsens pwople are operating service centre..they dont respond ur call nd after calling multiple times they will receive nd without answering disconnect the call.nd this thing done by the service centre owner..beware of purchasing lg product bcz of such pathetic service by their service centre

Most employees don't respond to calls and don't even call back. Contacted the head of the service centre instead. Nice guy and cooperative
