So had a AC water leak problem. Contacted Raj Cool care and they were very prompt and a personnel visited my place within an hour . The personnel said the problem was that the filter wasn't clean and cleaned the filter. He said all was well and charged Rs 450. The very same night I faced same issue again. Contacted the personnel next day and he agreed to pay a visit again at a particular time . Not that he did not come , he didn't even bother to give a call explaining why he couldn't come . The same thing happened the very next day. Being a surgeon I don't get much free hours during the day , but still have adjusted my schedule thrice for these guys. The highlight is that I am still waiting here with a bucket under the AC with droplets splashing on my face the whole night for the past 1 week. This is very unprofessional. Wish I could give zero star. Thinking of getting someone else to check the AC as I have lost hope in Raj Cool care. P.S : I chose them after seeing the rating on Google. Still not sure how these people got such great reviews.
