We are new to the city of Vapi (Chala). We ordered a Diakin AC through Flipcart. After the delivery of AC at home the installation was delayed and Diakin customer support was very very poor in response. Based on an sms from Flipcart, my wife reached out to corporate office of Radiant services. The Admin and HR head personally responded to our message, beyond the office hours and ensured an urgent installation as it was mid-summer and my wife I both are diabetic sr citizens. The admin head was so sincere that next day he called up to check with us if the installation was done well and we were comfortable. I wish Radiant services very good luck. May the God bless them to continue the good work they are doing.
