Disappointed with the Service – A Bad Experience every night. I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had one of the most disappointing AC service experiences recently. Initially, after the service, my AC was working fairly well, though there was some mild noise. But within a few days, the noise became constant and quite disturbing. I contacted the technician again, though they responded late, they did visit. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and the noise continued. Soon after that, the cooling completely stopped. I called them again, they came and refilled the gas. It worked temporarily, but the cooling dropped again within a short time. I followed up and was told they would visit on Saturday but no one came. Out of frustration, I even messaged them again at 1 am, sending a video of continuous noise from the AC because it was that annoying. Technician has replied that he will come today, I requested to come after 2pm but no response till now. Despite this, I haven’t received any proper resolution so far. Initially, I had full trust in the technician. He was humble, polite and seemed dedicated to his work, which is why I chose to go ahead with his service. I paid ₹3200 (after a small negotiation from the quoted ₹3500), thinking the job was done professionally. But sadly, things went wrong after that the technician responded via message but he didn’t visited and the issues remained unresolved. Maybe he has done excellent service for many others, but in my case, unfortunately, the issue was not properly handled. I now realise that this service only created more trouble for me. My AC is still noisy and the cooling is inconsistent.

Got my AC repaired here for Rs. 5500. Service was professional and they also fixed all the follow-up issues that came up later. There was some delay in communication, but they explained it was due to high workload. Overall, satisfied with the service.
