I had taken an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ₹1500 for 4 services in a year. After the first service, the technician completely stopped responding. Despite repeated calls and messages, there has been no follow-up or service provided. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and provides the pending services or refund. Please be careful before making advance payments.
Worst experience ..Shifting of AC from one flat to another flat..Gas leakage due to shifting..asking additional money for topup which happened because of technician.
