Iam Venu Gopala Rao from visakhapatnam on 27-10-2025 my samsung fully automatic top load washing machine getting heavy sound while spinning i contacted happy Home service dealer they sent technician Mr Srikanth on the same day he tested machine and told that suspensions 4 nos warnout to be replaced the cost of 4nos Rs.4000+360 service charges so I agree he replaced but problem not solved he told while using the problem automatically rectified he collected amount of Rs 4000+360 without giving bill i demanded bill but he told tomorrow i will come again to check the washing machine he went without giving bill since than till date 4.11.2025 no one are responding to my phone calls this is the way of your staff behaviour who is the responceble to clear my problem take suitable action concern staff

Highly unprofessional service. They don’t respond after completing the work, even if there are valid complaints within a short time. Very bad experience. Try to make company has to been closed.

Worst service ever. They charged 12000/_ to repair my washing machine but it is not working in the same month. I will definitely ladge complaint against them in the consumer court.

This service is fraud. They repaired our washing machine pcb board and charges Rs 4800-/. Machine never worked The Samsung technician bought a new pcb for Rs 5500-/. I am launching a 420 case in there people

Worst service centre.they charges high price compared with others.they changed only drum spider.but charged total drum unit price.bearings , acid cleane and other total 12000 ₹ charged. don't call them anyone.

Worst service providers in vizag. Highly recommend not to prefer this agency. They will charge in thousands for small issues like cleaning. Charged ₹4500 for arresting water leakage from my ac but still the problem is unresolved. Provided one month warranty but didn't turn up for the free service. I insist not to prefer this agency as loot money from customers and also misbehave. Please avoid this fraudulent team. Good luck customers of vizag.

Don't visit fraud people all...charged 3800 for gas filling on April 8. Nd today 28 april from ac burning smell is coming... now when I'm calling they are not responding at all they are these are not out problem
