AVOID! Poor service, poor sales. I have purchased more than 5 ACs from them so far. Nobody comes for servicing despite multiple requests. The sales staff takes weeks to give a quote. Better off purchasing from Croma or elsewhere. Owners should pay more attention to the business.

I called them to get my AC's fixed. Since I expressed urgency, a technician was sent within a few hours. He found the settings were changed on the remote and corrected them immediately. Charged only for the visit. For another AC, a controller was defective and needed to be replaced. He suggested getting it repaired instead and took the part only to call up the next day to reinstall it. Came and installed it. Costs much lower than expected. The lady who took the complaint, the technician (Anish Sharma) were very easy to deal with. Above all they were honest and eager to get the job done. The next AC's I purchase will be Daikin, because Im sure to get good service from ACME, Panjim should I require it. Something with priority during Goa's Summers.

They supplied us the ACs but when it came to servicing the ACs , they didn't do any service , and when our Daikin compressor failed , they refused to repair under warranty saying that we have not taken AMC .( Actually the Company doesn't say that its compulsory to have AMC with any Vendor to keep the warranty active. )

Amazing professionals! Their work redefines HVAC and how it should be done. They set a standard which is applauded.

Bad sales service from Shannon Gomes acme Panjim. Iv been inquiring about ac but no response for 2 hours if its in stock or no.
