I transported my bike from Ahmedabad to Pune through this courier service. Initially, the transporter agreed on a fixed amount, promised home delivery, and committed a specific delivery date. However, after I handed over my bike and continued my travel, he demanded extra money and threatened to return the vehicle if I didn’t pay. As I was unable to collect the bike, I was forced to agree to the additional payment after 5 days. The committed delivery date was also delayed by an additional 4 days without proper communication. Later, at the time of delivery, he refused doorstep delivery and asked me to collect it, claiming police issues. This behavior is highly unethical and completely unprofessional. Poor communication, false commitments, delivery delays, and harassment for extra charges caused me serious inconvenience. I strongly recommend others to be cautious before using this service and request strict action against such practices.

Superb superb superb!!! Do not have words to express how thankful i am to them !! They are very professional and very responsible. They reached Mt house on time! Quicky wrapped up my things in the cartons safely and also the toughest part to bring down my big home assets from the building and also loading it back to my new flat !! Phew!!
