Such a worst company. They dont receive calls, their portal does not work and their tracking customer service are full of fools who do not even understand what they need to track. They will just say something to the customer. They promise door to door delivery but do not provide that. They will ask you to come at a location far from the delivery location to deliver the goods. If you do not do that you will never know where your item would be. They will take tripple the time they promise during pick up of the items.l to deliver. I am unware of where my scooter is at present. It has been more than 12 days there is no update. Mostly they have lost the item.

They packed my electronics separately and securely. Very thoughtful approach. Great coordination among the team. Everyone knew what they were doing. I was nervous about moving my glass items, but they took extra care and everything was safe. They brought all packing materials themselves and worked non-stop until it was done.

Dear team Your Kolkata team is not delivering my luggage for last 15 days. Branch manager Mr. Nitish is not picking call of call centre for 7 days. Today when I hold the phone on call centre for 20 mins then he picked call and given his phone to delivery person Mr. Surajmal who was literally misbehaving and was not at all a responsible person. This is a pathetic service I am reviewing. My car was also given in damaged condition and now luggage is also on hold with Aggarwal packers for more than 15 days.
