*1/5 Stars - Avoid Agrawal Packers and Movers!* I recently shifted my home items from Mumbai to Nagpur with Agrawal Packers and Movers, and it was a nightmare! *Delivery was not on time*, despite promises of punctuality. *Customer care service was atrocious* - unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The *regional office communication was abysmal*, with no updates or transparency. The experience was frustrating and stressful. I strongly recommend *NOT* going with Agrawal Packers and Movers. Their service is subpar, and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable moving company.
These people are unprofessional and not worthy of any trust. I hired their movers and packers service from Mumbai to goa. They destroyed most of my belongings and valuables. No proper loading or unloading staff. Please do not bother hiring them and risking your valuables. My luggage did reach my godown but we're thrown by their workers who left hurriedly afterwards. On inspection I have lost lakhs of rupees worth of material. When I told their manager sandip there is no remorse or response
I had a very bad experience. First of all they charged me double saying that weight in carton was more. This was from Mumbai to Coimbatore. Then there was massive damage of crockery and curios. They refused to compensate and take responsibility for bad packaging and transport.
