I am extremely disappointed with the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML). Despite having used their services nearly four times, my recent experience was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple discrepancies during the booking process. For reference, when relocating from Kanpur to Bangalore (approximately 2,200 km), I paid around ₹35,000 for 300 CFT almost. However, for a much shorter relocation from Almora to Haldwani (about 90 km), APML quoted ₹30,000 for the nearly 300 CFT. I raised this concern with the assigned relationship manager and her supervisor, yet neither could justify the pricing difference or provide a reasonable explanation. They remained rigid on their quotation despite repeated requests for clarification. Ultimately, I had no choice but to opt for a different packers and movers service, for which I ended up paying nearly half the amount quoted by APML. I strongly advise customers to compare quotations from at least 3–4 service providers, including APML, before finalizing. You will likely notice significant price variations. This experience reflects very poor and disappointing sales and pricing practices. As a once loyal customer, it is disheartening to encounter such inflexibility and lack of clarity from a company of this scale.
