Please read this whole before you book ur parcel. I booked my 2 wheeler transport from dehradun to kerala. At night one guy from the office came and picked the vehicle, gave me the reciept which was not written amount or consignment number . In morning i called the multiple times atlast they picked up and told me will be packed soon.. I asked them are you from original aggarwal packers he said we are different. I told them need the bike back , asked me to pay 2000 for just packing and started arguing, went to the office which was shown in google maps, there was no office or any kind of building aa shown in google, then i called him and he sent another location which was 8km far away. I went there and argued , they just tried to bully and harass us , said without paying 2000 you wont be allowed to see your bike . At last i payed 2000 and kept me waiting in thier office for 30 minutes . Please i humbly request everyone to not fall in their trap even if they say will ship it for free.. please dont encourage this kind of people.. even if you have to pay 1000 or 2000 extra please go for trusted packers.

Sharing my worst experience, a nightmare If there was a negative star, they would deserve that . Very unprofessional, rude people in the management, lead by Manoj . They charged me ₹6000/- extra . When he came to see the household items to be moved , he came with folded hands . Quoted different amount , as lumpsome . Then, The quotation & invoice had different amounts . They stopped my truck & wouldn’t send it till I paid extra amount . On the way to Delhi , they kept calling non-stop. We were about to meet with an accident but they continued calling . My things got spoilt but there was no accountability, no Sorry . Only rude behaviour by Manoj . The local packers & movers are better Beware

Extremely Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Mentally Exhausting Experience. Please Avoid Agarwal Packers & Movers (so called bade bhaiya - The Bhaiya who only shows up when there’s money to be made, never when you actually need him.) I used Agarwal Packers & Movers to shift my household goods from Bangalore to Dehradun. It’s been 15 days since my items were picked up, and I still have no idea where they are. None of their customer care numbers work. When they do answer, the call either gets disconnected or you hear them kicking you off the line. Every person I speak to gives a different location for my goods, one says Hyderabad, another says Meerut, another says Dehradun, but no one can confirm anything. When I called the Dehradun office, they flat-out said it’s not there. Later, someone else said that update was "by mistake." Their online tracking doesn’t work at all; it shows nothing, and there’s no way to get any real-time update. What’s worse, there’s no proper grievance redressal system. Their customer care is unreachable, their regional contacts don’t respond, and even when you email or escalate, no one takes responsibility. Yet, the same numbers are immediately active when it comes to taking new orders. I’ve been getting WhatsApp messages to "book your next move," but not a single message asking how to resolve my ongoing issue. That says everything about their priorities. I’ve reached out to over 12 people across their network, including corporate offices and local branches. Not one person has given me a clear answer. Now, all calls go unanswered. It feels like they have completely lost my shipment, and I’m left in the dark, stressed, helpless, and cheated. And yes, they make you sign a clause that says the consignment is moved "at owner’s risk." That fine print becomes their excuse for zero accountability. But they still charge above market rates, promising "premium service." There is nothing premium about it, no tracking, no response, no care, and no ethics. This has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life, and I’m writing this so others don’t have to go through the same nightmare. Please think twice before trusting them with your belongings. Once they pick up your items, you’re completely at their mercy, and they don’t seem to care.

Very poor experience with Agarwal Packers & Movers. My bike was supposed to be delivered within 7–10 days, but even after that, they kept extending the timeline by several days. The tracking system is completely unreliable, and customer support provides vague answers. If you value timely delivery and transparent communication, I would suggest thinking twice.
