This one is not the original agarwal packers and movers. Such entities take advantage of similar name with famous brands. The popular one is a Ltd company with founder's photo with cap as its logo. Our goods got damaged during transit but this transporter did not take any responsibility. Instead he put the blame on us, argued and stopped giving response. Also the final bill was inflated citing taxes which he did not mention initially. Very poor communication. Take note of the replies to other poor reviews. Not professional at all. Better to avoid.

This service is extremely disappointing. Before confirmation, they kept calling again and again, showing a lot of interest. But once I paid the advance amount, they completely changed their attitude. After receiving the payment, they had no courtesy to respond, did not confirm receipt of the advance, and kept ignoring calls and messages. I don’t understand how much time it takes for a company to simply check their debit transaction history and confirm payment. This kind of behavior creates unnecessary stress and shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability. If this is how they treat customers even before the service begins, I can only imagine what would happen later.
