I had a very disappointing experience with this packers and movers service for my 3 BHK shifting. Only 4 workers were sent, which is not at all sufficient for a full 3 BHK move. They started very late around 12 noon and the entire shifting process got completed only by midnight, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Packing was decent but not organized. For example, the water filter was packed but its adaptor was misplaced, and I had to struggle later. Another major issue was communication. They sent non-Telugu speaking workers, and even their Hindi was not fluent since they were from Kolkata. I managed because I know Hindi, but for customers who don’t know Hindi, it will be extremely difficult to communicate. Worst part is after completion, the workers demanded ₹6,000–₹7,000 tip, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, very poor planning and coordination. Not recommended for big house shifting.

Shifted my household from Kerala to Hyderabad using Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. I booked a full container load directly so there is no excuse that goods were mixed with others, but still the service was terrible. Even after repeatedly telling them to pack the furniture properly, the packing team ignored it. By the time the shipment reached Hyderabad, several furniture pieces were damaged. Crockery broken. I had to call a carpenter to fix the furniture and even my cot. I also sent my bike along, and that too reached damaged. I had to take it straight to the workshop for repair. The packing team openly bargained for extra money. Their excuse was that if the trade unions come they will demand more money, so I must pay extra. Ended up paying ₹6000 to the packing team. I assumed this was an issue only with the Kerala side, but the Hyderabad unloading/unpacking team was no better. They also bargained and refused to leave without payment. Paid another ₹3000 to finish unloading. Even after paying for a full container load, I got damaged goods, extra payments, and a headache on both sides. Never again with Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. Total disaster.
