I recently shifted from Chennai to Coimbatore and booked APML for shifting my household items without realising how irresponsible, unprofessional and pathetic they are. Its a nightmare and I have literally never seen a company operating like this where every single employee/worker is rude, unprofessional with no trace of any accountability. The relationship manager (Sandesh) stopped picking my calls once I paid the booking amount. I called him 30 to 40 times within 4 days when there was issues with packing and delivery but he didnt pickup. They loaded the items and demanded to pay full amount before starting vehicle. I did and then started the nighmare. They used contract vehicle to shift between locations and their people did not even get the drivers contact details updated in the system. The customer care is pathetic. Once I reached coimbatore no one took any initiative to call or update about delivery. I had to run pillar to pillar the whole day to track and get the delivery done. After lots of follow ups and speaking to loads of people they sent just two guys to unload 92 packages and they didnt even carry tools to fit the furniture. The fridge and washing machine were broken. Their coimbatore manager Aravind Kumar Jha was outright rude and had no clue about the delivery. When I asked him that he is supposed to have the consignment details he said he didnt like the way I question him and threatened me to delay delivery by two more days. I have never seen any business person acting like a holigan like this. When I escalated to his supervisor he didnt show any interest to hear me and simply said he will get back after checking with his team and no response after that. And their workers demand 500 per head tips end of the day. Never Never go with APML and get yourself screwed .

I had discussed and finalized everything for moving things. But at last minute they did not pick the call and my entire plan got collapsed. They are such unprofessional.

APML has not delivered our goods from thier storage to us in Coimbatore and we have been following up for delivery for over 2 Months. Inspite of Multiple E-Mails and calls and Messages there is no response

We moved from coimbatore to Chennai. Worst service. They spoilt a lot of our clothes and also our UPS. We had a lot of losses. When we told the officials they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the loss not paid the losses. Agarwal packers and movers are not like the past. Their service has become worst these days.

Worst packing experience with zero accountability for the work. I got most of the household items with minor damages. Microwave oven is broken fully.

I am still waiting for my package that was lost, for five years... I have waited long enough... Now, I had to put this review Amit chitra katha whole package - that whole set of books cost Rs.12000/- and they lost it... They are not responding when asked for the where abouts... Do not send your valued items in agarwals at all...
