Very v v v bad, My TV is damaged, bike is damaged and still not enough My car too. I had handed my car to be transferred by car carrier. I was promised to receive my car on 4th day. I received my car after 10 days and that too banged the rear bumper. They have run it for 335 km. Initially they told it was in this condition during handover, i showed them the video shot by the owner during hand over then they said OK. I refused to accept the car, they shameless say that we will claim for insurance and will get it done from insurance. Now it's 4 days no claim has yet been initiated. They are not even sending me the bills. Cant even call 3rd class packer, please don't take the service. This packer has no class.
I had wonderful experience with ak logistics. Service provided by them was very quick and convenient. They packed and delivered my goods on mentioned time. No hussle of vehicle tracking. Driver picked my call through out the journey. All persons our highly professional none of my item got damaged during loading and unloading.
