If I had the option to give a -1 rating, I would have. The service was okay, and the staff were polite, but they might ignore some of your requests. The person who cleaned the bathroom did a good job overall, but he threw a plastic glove into the drain, as if he thought the water drainage was a dustbin. This caused me trouble after a week when the drain got clogged. Initially, I liked the way they cleaned the bathroom and the floor. However, the drainage pipe was later blocked because of their mistake, and although the floor looked clean, it was so rough that we couldn’t walk barefoot for a few days — possibly due to the chemicals they used. Some things were not cleaned properly, such as the microwave, the door, and a few spots on the wall. At first, I was quite satisfied with their service, but after discovering the blocked drain, I’m not sure if I would call them again.

The place was a mess the bathroom was dirty literally and the kitchen was looking so old especially the exhaust had the black gunk stuck but with this service my house is looking brand new and I'm so happy with it....... I highly recommend this service if you are looking for a good cleaning then this is the place
