Very disappointing service. We purchased a closet and other bathroom fittings from Akxa on 08/11/2025. We were informed that the selected model was not available in the showroom and would have to be collected from their godown. The entire process took nearly 3 hours. This clearly shows a lack of regard for the customer’s time and convenience.
