Just wanted to inform anyone planning to take services from them. We had booked a service to assemble a small shoe rack. They came and assembled it, but 2–3 hinges weren’t working properly. We asked the technician to get the hinges and fix it on the spot since it would hardly take a few minutes, but he refused and assured us that he would come the next day to complete the work. For the next 2–3 days, he kept giving excuses like "I'm stuck here" or "I'm stuck there," and kept postponing it to the next day. After the third day, we tried calling him every day for almost a week, but he stopped answering our calls completely. It has now been around 8–10 days and the shoe rack door is still hanging loose. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. Also note that some of the reviews seems to be posted by their internal members and most of the reviews that are genuine seems to face a same problem as I did.

The plumber and electrician were very professional skilled and punctual work was done neatly and perfectly. Highly recommended

He repeatedly said "I’ll come" but never showed up. Promised to arrive at specific times but didn’t turn up even hours later and didn’t answer calls. When I finally reached him 3–4 hours later, he was on another call and didn’t bother to call back or inform me. After that, he just switched off his phone. Feels like he’s deliberately wasting time. Don’t trust his words he won’t show up. I lost several days because of him. If I called someone else, the work would've been done long ago.

This was the first time I have used ALL PRO - Fix It Solutions & I am very, very pleased. I was contacted within minutes of requesting service. The gentleman came within an hour of speaking to him. He explained everything he was doing and advised on work that needed to be done and work that did not need to be done. He answered all my questions and was very helpful, fast, efficient, professional and courteous. Arrived on time and completed services on time & they even cleaned up the mess that had happened during their maintenance work! I would highly recommend their service & I will be using their service again in the future. Very fair price as well.!

As per my experience with this firm , it's not really worth even one star. Was looking for carpenter services to fix some photo frames and wall clocks in my newly moved in place. Upon contacting this person on other side sweetly said this will be fixed in 3 hours time .. its been more than 36 hours and no news of any technician nor that person .. I have made myriad calls to check on the status of the technician visit .. sometimes the calls are answered , sometimes no response... and the last update was " we can't give timings and all, we will call before visiting".. LoL 😀 .. They simply don't know what is time commitment and customer service.. waste show. Don't bother reaching out this service. Look at better reliable service provider.
