Extremely worst service. The lady Akila doesn’t know the package herself. We booked the car for 2 places but ended up visiting only one place. Initially she confirmed the rate is based on place and kms but on the day of trip she said it is based on hours so I asked her the hour package but she didn’t provide. She kept disconnecting the call continuously and was talking only with driver. They are not providing any escalation number also. So don’t go for this travel as there is no respect for customer
EXTREMELY WORST service by Akila. When there was rate dispute she didn't explain proper and kept cutting the call. She explained like we are providing service in varkala from trivandrum so the cost will 3500 even though you travelled for only one place(Jatayu center). Even the high price is ok but there is no escalation point of contact number provided and no respect for customer
Driver Mr.Shaji is very sincere and efficient. His driving is very very safe, also he takes care of the passenger. Very good experience. Surely we would recommend to others as well.
Very bad experience , yesterday for a 5 km distance(Tvpm Central Railway station to Westfort)in Tvpm they demanded Rs 800 which was very unprofessional. When asked about details suddenly changed rates to Rs 650.The attending lady explained as it’s Onam season they have raised rates in comparison to competitors in market ! I was more than surprised at this business attitude…Meanwhile I booked another competitor taxi service and they dropped us home comfortably at Rs 265 only….Will recommend the second taxi service to all family and friends in Thiruvananthapuram. Thanks for the lesson….
