I recently shifted from Bangalore to Pondicherry with this company, and the experience was quite disappointing despite their strong branding and good online reviews. They quoted ₹15,000 for Sunday packing and same-day delivery, and I paid ₹1,500 advance. However, after packing was almost done, they informed us that delivery would not happen the same day and that the goods would be stored in their warehouse, without giving a clear delivery date. The biggest issue was communication. There was no proper English-speaking point of contact, making it very difficult to get basic updates about delivery time or tracking. On Monday, they sent a bill of ₹19,500, adding extra charges like GST and a "company margin" surcharge that was never clearly explained earlier. They asked for full payment without providing tracking details or delivery confirmation. Packing quality was also not great — boxes were not labeled properly, 1 box count was incorrect and 4 glassware items and induction cooktop broke due to poor bubble wrapping. Delivery was handled only by the driver with no extra help or unpacking, even though it was mentioned in the quotation. The packers took our screwdriver, probably by mistake, but still that shows their lack of professionalism. Overall, the move was stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend them unless they improve transparency and customer support.
