I had a wonderful experience with patient post care hospitalization. The behavior of the owner and workers was exceptionally good. the owner was very well mannered, respectful and always ready to help. which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring . The staff were equally kind , professional and alternative to all needs, one of the things that really stood out was the cleanliness and hygiene maintained at the facility. Everything was neat, well organized and comfortable, giving a safe and peaceful environment for recovery. Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for post hospital care, their dedication, good behavior and hygienic practices truly make a difference.

Hired a maid for household chores in Bengaluru. Very good experience so far.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, I have been trying to reach them for a full time maid in Bangalore. Inspite of calling multiple times they did not bother to respond, spoke to concerned person of the agency and he told will get back with details next day however till date no response. If you are not able to help people when in need please communicate clearly instead of keeping things on hold.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. I was in urgent need of baby sitter for which I contacted them 2 days before. They said that they will be confirming the details of the maid by next day but no one reached out to me. When I called the concerned person he said that he will confirm by evening as he had some personal problem. I kept on waiting until 10 pm but didn't get any calls or details regarding any maid and they didn't even care to inform me anything. Then next day again I had to contact another Aya Centre. So my say is that when you guys have some problem atleast communicate that you couldn't arrange so that the other person don't have to face any hurdles. I won't be recommending this centre in future if anyone is in urgent need of any service.

Absolutely worst experience! The manager confirmed that the baby sitter would come today at 8am sharp! We waited till 9am, no one turned up, then I called the manager - he picked up after few rings, told me that the helper will not come today. Now we are in a soup as there will not be any baby sitter, and our plans for the day are down the drain! I highly recommend not to take their services at least in Kolkata!

Mr. Munshi pretended to be helpful. But didn't even provide any service. He just repeatedly said he will send me a maid but in reality he just didn't want to do it. Just wasted my time and energy. Don't bother with this agency. They will just give false promises. Avoid at all cost.

The worst n the most disgusting service. I called them yesterday to ask for a babysitter they instantly said yes we hav n will provide..wen I called today the man raja munshi was so reluctant to answer calls n he didn't even have the audacity to inform us if he count provide a baby sitter. I continously called n msgd him bt no response.. I wonder how this company got good reviews in the first place..watching those reviews I tried contacting them.. bt a complete irresponsible agency.. Plz be aware before choosing this irresponsible agency.. I was fooled by the good reviews .
