Anand Electricals

I purchased two sets of inverters and batteries from this fellow last year. At the time of purchase, the owner one Mr Anand, who is more like a local baniya without any customer service attitude, spoke sweetly and assured to attend to any issues relating to the service instantly. Now he claims that we need to take the battery to him which he will get checked and we need to pick it up once it is repaired. The experience is very bad with this fellow and the products he sells. This is a call to all the potential customers not to repeat not to buy any products from this guy. He has no customer service concept and speaks all rubbish. Beware of such sellers!

This shop is around 60yr old but there experience and amazing discount never changed as a architect I feel good.

my father was buying electrical items and i am buying now. there is no change in owner behaviour i can say that this shop never disappoints me.

I don't have any problem with the store coz product what I have ordered was good.but my question is the guy u send on the name of Geyser installation does he really knows how to install a Geyser.when I said him I want to call my society plumber to fix the geyser,that person said no it's compulsory that he came means he has to fix.and what he did? He just fixed 3 iron nails n hanged the geyser n he asked me for 350rs.. I mean seriously, u guys charge 300rs just to fix 3 nails in the wall.Stop looting people by sending these kind of technician who don't even know how to install a Geyser.

Its a good place where you get all kinds of electrical equipment with reasonable price. The owner of this place is friendly and helps you in providing electricians on a phone call if there are any electrical issues at our house.

I have seen them from past 20yrs there hospitality towards customer never change they are amazing.

It would have been good if they would provide some discount on products
