I booked from Vijayawada to Bangalore. I was attracted by 4.9 review, they were superfast in packing and moving as well, I was very happy until I notice the mobile, I brought as a surprise for my mom was stolen. It was carefully done by one of the packing people (two of the packing people were from north India). Also a few items (vegetable rack, Ganesh idol etc.) which I didn't care too much to include in the packing list (I trusted them). When I reach Bangalore, I just casually open the mobile phone box, the mobile is missing, but all other accessories were there! I was shocked and called the InCharge Rajesh and the coordinator Durga Rao, both were initially said they will investigate but till now no response. So, this is my experience. Details: They charged me 29,000/- for packing and moving + 2000 (bata for the packing and loading people) + 1600 (unloading people) Mobile phone: 9,000/- Vegetable rack and items: 1000/- approx A piece of advice: If you still interested to book, better have an eye on these packing people, as I was alone to do this job I lost these items.
