The staff needs a lot of grooming. They don’t know about their packages or I must say they quote prices according to their convenience. I called in the morning, the lady said 1400 for 3 months and I called back same day evening to confirm there was some guy said 2500for a year and they will give services 3 or 4 times in a year and they don’t have any package below that. Don’t know how to speak to customers. Very rude. Pathetic is the word for them.
Called for an enquiry. Call attended by a lady who was extremely unprofessional in her approach. Suggested a rate of ₹1600 when I told her area of 300sqft for kitchen. On asking the rate for the whole flat, she suggests ‘multiply kar lo’. Guess we have stand-up comedians here.
Trying calling them for a service. They treat you like you are a pest yourself.
