Poorest service and untrained staff. This type of bird net is not reliable. Please don’t waste your money. I got it installed in my flat last year, at Ansal Orchard County, Sector 115, Mohali. I hoped that it will protect balconies of my flat from birds entry. But when I came to India after one year I was shocked to see the miserable scene. I am showing you some photographs of my flat balconies . When I complained to the service provider he did not even regret. But he rudely asked Rs. 2500/- for its repair. I am really disappointed. If you are planning to get it installed in your balconies please avoid. It is wastage of money.

Pathetic after-sale service. Owner needs to be more humble. When first asked for the service, the staff and the owner were very nice. The labor to work was available within an hour With the two year guarantee, we found some termites after one year and called for the free after sale service. The tone of the owner changed completely and it took him 5 days to send for labor now. He was extremely rude and even cut the call while I was speaking. Refusing to talk. No one likes to be disrespected and it just saddens me how quickly a service provider’s behavior changes once the service is done.
