I inquired about tank cleaning. Plumbing work is probably okay - he knew about the required valve size needed for my pipe by looking at the tank. Probably not the best person to get your tank cleaned by though - if you are looking for a through cleaning of an extremely sorry tank, probably best to hire someone who has a pressure wash, cleaning bleach and a pump drainer for the residue (this is what you should be paying 1k for when calling someone from Urban Company) This guy basically borrowed a bucket, mug and mop from me and went about scrubbing - you might as well pay a daily wager decently for that kind of a job - not a professional in this regard.
