Very bad experience for 1st time service. Items were all mixed together and some glass trophies broken. After multiple follow ups no one bothered to come pick the empty boxes which were lying outside my door especially being festive time. Very disappointed with service

I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. ​1. Misleading Quote and Unauthorized Charges ​Quote Discrepancies: The final service delivered did not match the promises made by Ashoka Packers during the initial quote. The company refused to honor several agreed-upon services. ​Unapproved Surcharges: The crew demanded two separate, unquoted surcharges at the time of delivery: ​"Long Carry" Fee: An extra Rs 3000 was demanded because the distance from the truck to the unloading point was allegedly 25 meters (not 250 meters). ​Packaging Materials Fee: An additional fee of Rs 70 per box was charged, which was not included in the original quoted amount. ​Final Cost vs. Quote: The final price demanded was approximately 30% higher than the original quoted amount. ​Owner Conduct: When disputing the extra charges, the owner began screaming and aggressively demanding immediate payment. ​2. Substandard Packing and Unprofessional Staff ​Inadequate Packing: Packing was extremely poor. Most furniture items were not properly wrapped or protected; only a single, torn sheet was tied in one corner of some items. ​Lack of Training: Staff members were unfamiliar with basic tasks, specifically stating they did not know how to safely uninstall a smart TV. ​Damage Risk: The lack of proper packing significantly increased the risk of damage to all my belongings during transit. ​Conclusion ​Ashoka Packers failed to provide proper service, packed items poorly, and significantly overcharged the quoted price with aggressive tactics. Book this company at your own risk.
