When contacted they are polite and professional. But I wanted the service for lizards and cockroach both. At the time they assured that within 15 days of the treatment, the results can be seen and they will personally catch the lizards and the treatment will keep them away for 4 months. Its almost a month now but neither has happened. Only took money but no results. Very bad service. Not at all happy
