Very poor service. The phone operator, Nisha, is extremely rude and constantly provides incorrect information. Every interaction with her feels unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. Service issues seem to be a routine problem for the company, and dealing with the staff only makes matters worse. From recent reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t an isolated incident; many customers mention similar complaints, and responses from the company tend to be copy-pasted and generic rather than genuine solutions. The management doesn’t seem to care about fixing these problems. This has happened multiple times, so felt it was necessary to share my experience here. Would not recommend this company at all. Be careful before booking with Avishkar Pest Control.

Worst pest control service..they had given us 4 months warranty but now they are again charging money althought we are only 10 days up.. even we didn't get good results..infact number of cockroaches have increased after the treatment

"कंपनीचं नाव ‘अविष्कार’, पण रोज नवीन पिल्लं घेऊन येतात झाडून – एवढा ‘अविष्कार’ फक्त झुरळांचाच!" I am highly disappointed with the pest control service provided by Cockroach Avishkar. We started the treatment on 29th September 2024, and even after multiple visits and the treatment being "completed" as per them, we continue to see cockroaches in the flat on a daily basis. Despite raising concerns, the response and follow-up were poor, and no effective solution was given. This service has not delivered any visible improvement, and I feel the entire process was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control.

I called them specifically for lizards.Worst services. Absolutely not of any use. After doing pest control I found more lizards & cockroaches where they were never seen before. After calling the company they ask for more money. They just take money do nothing. They d Don't care for customer at all. I have send them video & photos of lizards & cockroaches but it's of no use. Absolutely unprofessional. Don't use these service

Quality: Not that good. Dont waste your money and time with them. They will give you glossy promise that no cockroach will be there at your home after thier service. Which is totally false. I was using thier service for last 2 year and finally i am getting out of the contract with them. Professionalism: Not at all professionals, specially the lady who books appointment. If you call them week after they have done pest control as cockroach didn't go completely, she will count it as service and will reduce one service from 3 services. Which is not at all your fault. She will try to convince you that it's service from them not repeat call even after cockroach problem is not solved. She will never call you timely for pest control and give you time whatever she has which they promise at the time of contract that it will be at your convenience. After sales: No after sales or contract service you are on your own. If they miss time for next service it's your fault. If you are not available at the time slots which they have its your fault too. They might be very good for corporate office but not at all good for individuals. Dont waste you money and time with them. You can get very good other pest control services. they are just focused on money. I am writing this while i am still in contract with them so you can think twice before hiring them.

The useless pest control I ever done. Guys please don't hire the Avishkar Services as I had a very very bad experience so I literally don't want anyone to waste there money with such type of service. The lady is very rude by her behaviour as once u pay the money she is like we don't give gaurante that it will work for atleast a month... I had done the pest control thrice in 6months but there are no results...once the pest control is done only within a couple of days I noticed cockroaches again....really fed up of the service given

Worst experience.. done pest control for cockroaches but not a single cockroach died .. too expensive wrt other pest control service . For 3bhk they finished work in 20 mins. Only @ 10 dots per room applied. I really recommend all not to do pest control with this agency. You will waste your money without any result
