Called him looking at where he would be coming from. His location is Sagarpur and mine is mahavir enclave. Upon talking to him seemed like nice person who would do the job in reasonable charges. However upon inspecting the work at my home, first he couldn’t do a single task for various reasons. Then had to audacity to ask for visiting charges. Kept on saying electrical materials which have to be used has to be brought by us. I can understand paying for it. No problem. But if you are an experienced electrician do an end to end job. Get it yourself for which we are paying you the labor charges. You can not expect your own client to go and shop electrical components while you wait. Plus he also gave excuses like I came from Tilak nagar. I dont care where you come from, your business is listed in sagarpur which is very near to my home just a straight road. I dont care you were vacationing on mars and decided to take a spaceship to do electrical work at home. Very sad to see how people are ready to bill you even when they know the client’s problem was not resolved. Since nothing was done. You came to home, inspected the problems, went downstairs, since we live in a hardware market he wouldn’t even had to find electrical stores since its everywhere. Anyways he failed miserably. Additionally while talking to him making him understand what is end to end service he simply said I am wasting time he needs to be somewhere else. Sure. Never come to my home. At the end he asked for rs.100 we paid rs.50 as per our conversation on call that if its light fitting 50 would be charged as labour. We paid that.
