A Nightmare Experience with Axis Packers and Movers I recently hired Axis Packers and Movers for my home shifting from Hyderabad to Khammam, and it was an absolute nightmare. The initial agreement was for ₹14,000, including AC uninstallation. I was supposed to receive my goods the next day, but after two days of waiting, they suddenly stopped my goods and began demanding more money. When I sent my friend to check on the status of my belongings, he found them carelessly thrown around, as if they were just a pile of garbage. The company then quoted ₹29,000, including ₹1 lakh insurance, and insisted that I take the insurance or come to Hyderabad to take my goods back. After the goods were packed and dispatched, they continued to demand ₹29,000 for the delivery. To make matters worse, one of their team members stole my Apple Watch and AirPods, worth ₹1 lakh. When I confronted them about it, they claimed that those items were packed, but upon receiving my goods, they were nowhere to be found. I was forced to stop the packers and movers' vehicle and threaten to file a police complaint before they finally returned my Apple Watch and AirPods, along with the extra money they had tried to charge me illegally. Unfortunately, even after all this hassle, my fridge was damaged during the move. I would strongly advise anyone considering Axis Packers and Movers to stay far away from them. Their service is unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely stressful. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different company for your moving needs.

Worst service. People will not hear or support you once you done the payment. You will receive Reckless answers. They lost one carton and reverse blaming customer. Don’t go by seeing less cost. Better to trust other worthy packers. Theses people will not worth of packing and moving. Seems they are paying any getting fake reviews

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is by far the WORST packers and movers service I’ve ever come across. The people they sent looked like a bunch of inexperienced kids..... not a single one seemed over 25. They had no clue how to handle sensitive items. Absolutely NO bubble wrap was used for delicate things like glassware, aquarium, sofa, or even the bed. Everything was just thrown around carelessly. They damaged almost everything.....my AC gas pipe was broken, the aquarium shattered into pieces, and a lot of other stuff was scratched or ruined. When I tried to talk to them about it, they didn’t listen and instead started demanding extra money for things that were already agreed upon. This is pure unprofessionalism and scam behavior. Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews. What they show you initially is not what you get. They’ll talk sweet and professional on call, then send a completely different, useless team to do the actual work. These people are not trained, not responsible, and definitely not trustworthy. If there was an option to rate in negatives, I would. Save yourself the stress, damage, and money... Think twice before hire them.

Axis Packers and movers had really done a very great job. We completely satisfied with their services from Hyderabad to Kerala.Household items are packed very clean and neat. Also shifted the things very safely without any damages.
