Very bad experience moving furniture from Pune to Bangalore. They broke my center table and refused to raise an insurance claim, even when I had taken insurance. They did not send any compensation (even a small amount) after several follow ups. Even after unloading they refused to take away the cartons and packing material after several follow-ups. Please use at your own risk.

I have been shifting my location for more than 15 years or so across cities with different movers and packers and found Balaji cargo packers and movers as very genuine and professional ones. They have experienced team and knows what and how to do. My recent experience with them are truly nice and smooth one. Thanks Dinesh jee.

This company is a com artist. Used their service to transport some of our goods to Delhi. They broke our TV and paid no compensation. On top of that are using our (their client) home address as their business address. The address given on their website and what you see on their invoice is different. Inspite of repoting them to Kothrud police they haven't updated their website. People who have been conned by them go to this address only to find that this is a residential address of a person not related to this company at all. Don't go on the fake positive reviews. Stay away from these con artists

Bad experience, we had to constantly run behind the back of the packers and then tell them to pack everything, they didn't properly pack glass materials so when it came multiple glass items was broken and that's not even mentioning they came a day late The people unpacking the things (which was a different team) did their work fairly diligently my only problem with them is that they left a lot of the plastic wrapping and never collected it properly

HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! I had an absolutely horrible experience with this packers and movers service. They don't prioritize your delivery at all! Instead of delivering my belongings directly, they picked them up and spent the day roaming around collecting other shipments along with my stuff. There was ZERO coordination throughout. They picked up my items at 1 pm, promising delivery in 2-3 hours, but I didn’t receive them until 10:30 pm! I had to involve the police because no society allows shifting that late at night, and I had to force the driver to wait until morning to finish the job. Total lack of professionalism from "Mr. Dinesh" is a pathetic man and a complete scamster. He showed no remorse for the terrible service his company provided. If you think this review is fake, I encourage you to ask Dinesh about the recent delivery at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai location. He won’t have a leg to stand on.I would strongly advise against using this service if you value your time and peace of mind.

Worst service ever …booked for bike transfer the caller said the amount however he did not advise on hidden charge after lot of argument he agreed on original amount ..he said bike will be transferred on Sunday however when I called at 9.30 in night he said bike will be delivered on Monday ..no intimation given on call before on change of delivery date …and the caller spoke really rudely …if you want to spoil ur mood then book this service
