One star to ship the broken pieces of the pottery items they shipped from Pune to Raipur that to after 4000 years yeah I can say it was that late. Pathetic People who don't value their customers and want to get out their frustration on their customer's precious packages. You guys should realise how much faith a person must have put in your service that they are asking you to move their months long hardwork which literally involves blood and sweat and what did you do? Not just late you guys shipped BROKEN POTTERY ITEMS which is an irreversible mistake and on top of that you guys don't even pay back the compensation. I mean full usage of your "power to harass the customers blind faith"! Kudos you lost a person's months long hardwork in your shitty delivery service. Go celebrate!

I received my handmade ceramic items in pieces because they decided to change the boxes after telling me that they charge per boxes. After repeated complaints i got my products a month late in 2 box. All my calls were either ignored or unanswered. The head was irresponsible in checking the status and sharing correct information. Everyday I would get a new excuse on what went wrong like the driver had a kid on the way so he stayed with them, or someone got into accident or that the package was misplaced and at the end what i was hoping to get on 17th nov i received on 10th December just in pieces that cant be remade or fixed. And he is not giving any compensation after agreeing on then 20 days ago.

This was the third time we took their service. Though they are a little costly as compared to small size movers, but you can trust on their packings and movements. Their service is improved a lot, also this time they gave us their cartons to us in advance if we need to pack something by our own like clothes toys etc. after movement instead of dumping all the small things of boxes they gave us boxes and asked us to return once we are done arranging. Kept an advance and returned once we handed over the cartons. All the belonging were packed nicely and carefully, like bubble packing, foam packing, cartons whatever was needed wherever.

Behaviour good,service good but They broke one of my photo frame and then asked for a tip when they leave; they even argued because the wardrobe doesn't fit on the 2nd floor.I can understand if they try, but they surrender even before trying.

The best mover and packer I have come across. We had a challenging set of shiftings to complete. We were vacating our house in Pune and moving to another flat. The belongings had to be moved to two different locations which were 10 km apart within Pune. We had some large furniture items which neither went inside the lift from our 8th floor apartment nor inside the lift of the destination 10th floor apartment. The staff had to carry the items up and down the stairs all the way. In addition one of the target apartments did not allow trucks with height more than 8 ft. So the packers had to park their trucks at the entrance of the basement and either shift the large items to a smaller sized truck or carry them to the lift manually. In addition some of the items had to be carried to the top floor of our penthouse via stairs. All of this took more than 3 days. The agency did a great job, the workers were cheerful. The owner Dinesh too was along with us during the entitre process himself lifting heavy items along with the other worksrs. All items were moved with no breakages during the entire process Would heavily recommend these folks
