Mr.John visited (today, 6th Sept 2025) to look in to drain issue, that could not be fixed by Samsung technicians. After my attempt with Samsung technicians couple of times, I called Mr.Johnson who neatly addressed the root cause of the issue. He was very polite and courteous to deal with, as well.
