Third class service and customer support. After applying anti ant gel, the ants were seen the next day in my whole kitchen. Fed up of calling them they do not listen to your complaints neither do they come to resolve. Would not recommend anyone to use their services. Total waste of money.

Be alert...there service is good but the staff came. ..they clean ur pricious things too from home besides pest control...u have to keep an eye on them....when u complain...then they send their staff back to patch up the things with no results...so be alert...

I have been associated with the services for last two years. I found them through google. I have used general pest control and the validity of teh chemicals used was almost 1 year. The pesticide used by them is odorless. They are responsive and teh staff is also well groomed and professional. Plus they accept all payments mode like upi and cash.

After sale service is very poor. (zero rating) They provide 3yr guarantee initially. i have been calling them since last 6 months, but everytime he assured (sham ko bhejta hu) But no one came yet.

I called bharat pest control for two times for the same pest spray at my home where they guaranteed that no cockroach will be there in your kitchen but after a week a found the same situation which was before pest spray. The person came to my house was very talkative but doing his job at his own convenience we were asked him to put the gel on certain places then he refuse to do that. Pathetic services.

Strongly avoid Bharat Pest Control, got fake guarantee of 5 years for termite control on paper but the termite damage was seen after only 3-4 months of first service. Even after calling them more than 10-15 times, they didn't send anybody, so there is no service warranty. They are fake service providers. Big claims, poor quality of service. Strongly avoid guys.
