First a fall whenever I order something ur guys delivery charges are horrible. And one day I ordered two chicken and other things also order was 500grams and one more 500grams everything was okay but when the order came it was so so bleeding and smelling horrible then my mom checked it. It was raw and in a worst condition. It was fully black. Very bad condition
big basket provides Nonces services and gives people wrong product and if you want to return some product then they do not come to pickup it and if you tell their customer about some problem then they block your number. This Services Not sef so request people don't buy anything
Very very unprofessional delivery personnel experienced (may not be all). So unpleasant rough rude behavior by one delivery personnel. Please be careful. Refrain of such type personnel in appointing to your delivery squad which will definitely hamper your reputation and organisational business value. Bad service ruin you. Always respect customers.
