I recently hired vigo packers and movers in Navi Mumbai for my location from Vashi and their service was outstanding earlier I had used Agarwal but this time we go did and event better job the packing was professional the staff was polite and friendly and they deliver on time oral smooth and stress free experience.

Worst service given by the company and also they misguide the customer in price firstly they tell u the price in which u will be convinced then after packing they will misguide and tell u for more and the person ankit jangra talks u in the way that he is so sweet and caring the customer but wil cheat u in the end my all important products I received is broken n they refused for it thats not our responsibility so disgusting service not book with them otherwise u will be facing so much difficulties.very bad horrible service even they have not put my parcel in the home there delivery boys refused to put them inside so think before so many times to go with them.

If you value your time, money, and sanity - stay as far away as possible from Bigo and Unicorn Express Movers & Packers. These people don't "pack and move," they treat your household items like *garbage disposal*. My wardrobe was broken, my AC condenser smashed, and they left me stranded midway like it was a joke. I live on the 4th floor - they dragged half my heavy stuff downstairs, dumped it, and kept repeating "vehicle is coming." Guess what? *The vehicle never came*. After wasting 5 *traumatic* hours of my life, they simply vanished. Imagine standing alone with your fridge, wardrobe, bed, and other costly appliances dumped on the ground floor, while these jokers ran away. The so-called "owner" is the biggest clown of all - instead of apologizing, he had the *audacity* to demand money after his team literally abandoned me and destroyed my things. This company is not just unprofessional – it's fraud, careless, and mentally harassing. Trust me, they don't deserve even 1 star. If there was an option for -5 stars, that's what they truly deserve. Save yourself from trauma and never call these scammers

Very good packing done with elaborate procedure. Have used them before for scooter delivery and now for home shifting. Excellent customer serv. Received my entire delivery just the next day
