Bike Shifting Transport Services

I had a very bad experience with this transport service while shifting my bike from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. When I initially enquired, they clearly told me the total price would be ₹4,500 including everything, and that my bike would be delivered to my doorstep. But when I finally received the bill, it was around ₹6,500 with extra packing charges (which they never informed me about) and taxes added. To make things worse, my helmet was scratched and the visor completely spoiled, it was an expensive one. On top of that, the delivery guy unpacked and rode my bike by himself without my permission. I was shocked to see that they actually used my own bike to bring it to my doorstep without informing me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. How can anyone trust such a service and hand over their expensive vehicle to them? I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I recently shifted my scooter from Secunderabad to Vizag. The delivery took four days, and the service was very good. I am very satisfied with the overall experience. As a small suggestion, the shipping charges are slightly high; it would be appreciated if they could be reduced in the future. That said, I received a ₹300 discount, for which I am thankful.

Initially, the experience seemed pleasant, and the packing of my bike was done properly. However, from the day of pickup, I was constantly worried about my bike. The tracking status kept showing "in transit" throughout, with no proper updates, which added unnecessary stress until the bike was finally delivered. Unfortunately, the real issues started after delivery. All four indicators of my bike were broken, and I now have to get them replaced at my own cost. Another major concern was the pricing transparency. When I enquired about the charges, I was clearly told multiple times (around 3–4 times) that the total cost would be 5,500. Even on two separate confirmations, the same amount was mentioned. However, at the time of pickup, they suddenly generated a bill of 7,840, which is significantly higher than what was promised. This felt very unprofessional and misleading. I was also clearly informed that it would be home delivery, but that commitment was not honored. There was no proper communication, and when I tried to follow up over text, there was no response at all. Eventually, instead of home delivery, I had to travel around 35 km on my own just to pick up my bike, which was extremely inconvenient and not what was agreed upon. Overall, this was not a good experience, to be honest. The service providers did not stick to their words, whether it was about pricing, delivery, or communication. The lack of accountability and customer support was very disappointing. Because of these issues, I will not be using their service again, and I would not recommend this service to others. Trust and transparency are critical in bike moving services, and sadly, those were missing here.
