Excellent service. Had a long 700 km trip from Chennai to Mayavaram side. Fast and safe driving. Felt at ease. Driver stayed overnight and prompt on time. Definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever. Sukanya from BK was our point of contact. She provided us driver's contact number half an hour before the pick-up that too after multiple requests. This was so much frustrating for us. Do not go with them. We agreed for a round trip but in the middle of the trip, they chose to abandon us. Had to take another cab agency for return trip. They charged us for round trip but delivered only one way service. When contacted for refund of the excess amount did not bothered to do so giving lame excuses. Will say never to go with them, you will get frustrating experience. Lack of service everytime. Does not deliver what will be promised.

I came across this company from a Google search, I'm sure glad I did. Of all the taxi companies I've used in the past this one is by far the best. In every aspect. The communication was quick, polite, accurate. Our driver Hosur was excellent, he drove at a good comfortable speed, we had a nice smooth journey all the way. Even stopped to buy us some sun guards for the windows, due to midday sun. We even got a call from the company asking if our trip was ok. Great from start to finish. Will be using them again when we go back. Thanks

The best and safest taxti service for one way trip . Today took a chennai to madurai trip , driver was so punctual and since my wife is pregnant told them to drive slow and they kept the speed limit and soo calm. I would recommend them to any one. The rate is also cheap . Thank you

Be careful with the permit charges...tamilnadu permit fees is 350rs but they told that its 780rs...all other taxi services charging 350..better discuss clearly and take the vehicle..I took once and not going to take again

Incorrect informations and irresponsible behavior. Never going to hire them again. They eat up drivers and car owners fee on each ride so they don’t care about customers.
