Very good service and cost wise good

We serviced our home AC 3 months ago on a complaint of less cooling. They checked and changed/refilled gas and went. They said they give gurantee for 6 months for this. After this, we used only couple of days. We again switched on the AC 8/03/2025 - less cooling. This day 10/03/2025 - I raised a complaint again telling them the less cooling issue (same issue as we had 3 months ago). The technician comes, checks the outdoor unit and leaves saying that they need to replace something inside that costs Rs. 450 and there is no stock, he will come tomorrow. Next day 11/03/2025, we call them again, technician says they missed placing order and placed morning, it will come 3.30 PM and he will come. We called the technician again around 4.30 as he is no show, he tells it was raining in his place and he will come tomorrow. Next day 12/03/2025, we call them again, they don't pick our call. Neither the technican nor the owner. He cuts the call without answering. We had to reach out to another provider to get our AC checked and they checked and said there is no gas and we need to check the full ac for any leakage. This is exactly what we did from Blossom provider 3 months ago. It appears that Blossom provide has not originally fixed the problem and they were just ignoring us when we call them again as they can't hold accontability for what they said. Overall it is a worst experience. We have spent 4500 so far with this provider and he has not done his job correctly. These people basically don't know how to diagonse the AC and rectify the problem. The technician and the owner made us wait and call them again and again doing nothing. Worst experience ever. They say they provide gurantee but nothing they do when you get a problem. Simply avoid you. Do not recommend this for anyone, if you want your AC serviced go for a better provider.

We are using Onida AC and gas leakage, holes appeared in the indoor panel. I had contacted blossoms service centre. They done excellent job and very good service. Now we are enjoying with AC cooling. It's stable and anybody need AC service without hesitation just contact them, they do and fix it immediate assistance.
