Need more professional approach. Ensure quality of materials used as also proper use/installation of supplied materials. In renovation works, electrical circuit/wiring need to be checked in advance before wall tile works. Need to pay more attention in ensuring water level of floor tiles so as to avoid accumulating of water in dry areas etc. of toilets. Exercise more control/supervision over sun-contractors/ workers.
