City Clap- Best Housekeeping Services

Booked CityClap’s Diwali Safai service and it was a huge letdown. They sent 6 people, but only one of them actually cleaned properly. The rest were just rushing through, doing it for the sake of finishing, not for actual cleanliness. They arrived late and started saying they wanted to leave before 5 PM, even though the work was far from done. They didn’t follow instructions and did everything in a hurry. Worst part — they charged ₹6,500 for this substandard service which according to city clap folks was premium one. They said they’ll be doing pest control for the entire house, did only for kitchen. For washroom, they said they’ll do it but not even did dusting, after pointing it out for more than twice. Lastly they just cleaned the basin and commode and didn’t do dusting. Totally, not worth the money. Only giving 2 stars because one worker tried to do a decent job. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for real deep cleaning.

Highly unprofessional. This is what they call deep cleaning. Not recommended. He charged 6500rs for this. Better to take service from another agency. He doest not even pick calls. He gave 3 dates and didn't came.

They take bookings in advance and do not provide any service. They don’t have basic ethics how to talk with clients Very poor service . Do not book them . You will get better option in Ranchi

Very bad cleaning service provided by this agency. Non-professional staff with zero skill comparative to a regular house maid. I had booked for bathroom and kitchen cleaning, they have made the area wet and left the area uncleaned. They don’t know specific chemicals used for cleaning. Never it can be recommended to anyone. Complete scam is being done by this agency.

I had a 5bhk just done with the interior work. There was a lot of dust and dried fevicol stains after the civil and furniture work. When we contacted City Clap, they were very humble and prompt with their response. After initial inspection and a payment nominal advance the team arrived with the necessary equipment. It took them 4 days but I'm happy with the results. Finally it looks like a house I want to move in

First of all I booked the appointment for 10 am these guys showed up at 11:20 am. I asked for deep cleaning for washroom and they were at my place without equipment. When I called the main guy he has unwilling to help and did not even listen to his customer requirements and was very unprofessional rude and and arrogant. If you want a good service then avoid using this city clap as the people are not trained and not professionals at all
