Very professional service. Highly recommend if you'd like a stress-free bond clean. From the day I booked until after the clean. Fabulous team lead by Hari, very friendly and super nice guy. Did a fantastic job. Windows cleaned inside and out, bathroom, toilet, bedrooms, cupboard drawers, Kitchens, walls etc. Professional cleaning, attention to details. Very good customer satisfaction. The staffs communication was so poor. They made a mess of my house. All the expensive curtains and sofas were filled with dust after their termite treatment. Better hire a painter too immediately after their work. I don't recommend them to a completed house. They will ruin it.

They did an AMAZING job and left the place absolutely immaculate. Their work was beyond what I expected and I cannot recommend them enough. They were on time, did a exactly what was asked and more, and they were very easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using them again and telling all my friends.

Such a pain to book services. We called 3 weeks before to book services and clearly told them that we are not in town and will be coming to get this work done. The lady taking the booking has no clue about locations within Thrissur nor has the basic common sense to google it up. I confirmed my location and she still kept asking a hundred times if it is within the district. And she wanted to us to share location inspite of telling her that we are not available in town. Everyday thrice daily like some medicine dosage, she kept sending messages asking "any update". She would not offer or accept any alternative. And when the final booking came, she us no slots available for the day we wanted and one week before or after that. They act as if this is the only service available. We contacted someone else and within the next 10mins, they took the booking and no confusion or lethargy. Such a useless, time waste and painful people to deal with

From first call the process was very responsive and clear from first call, right through to the completion of the job. The quote and scope of the work was clear and very competitive for the size of the job. The team of people worked solidly all day and were very thorough. I would highly recommend Ctree Service for cleaning.

We had our house cleaned with CTREE Service 3.5 weeks ago, so happy with the service of Team CTREE ! Definitely recommend for a deep clean of the house with the reassurance that the cleaners are super thorough and professional. Its a bonus that the products they use are high quality. My pet cat Izzy got very comfortable with our new sofa. She would sleep on it all day which was not a problem at first. However after a few days we had to call your team for sofa cleaning,because of the accumulating pet hair. Thanks to a friend who recommended you.
