Delievery person Don't know local language.Which is not good.Delievery person also don't know English.They only Call and said aapka parcel aaya hai..They don't even read and tell from where it's came. Very Bad..

First package was delayed by 19 days and now the current package is delayed by 4 days till now ,don't know how much more they are going to delay delivery. All this even after the courier has reached nearest facility

I ordered on July 21st 2025 Today August 10th not yet delivered Customer support is worst In future don’t go through delhivary

Order not yet received and I got message as your shipment is delivered successfully.Worst experience

Worst service. Pathetic customer care. Today is 15th day and parcel still not received. If you are a startup or into product business then do not choose Delhivery people for courier service. You will loose lots of credibility and customer trust.

Delhivery boys are very arrogant never behave properly.....never co-operate with ladies

"On May 11th, I scheduled a courier pickup online at 6:30 AM and paid the fees promptly. The system indicated that the pickup would occur within the day, which was crucial as the documents were time-sensitive and bound for Nagpur. Unfortunately, Delhivery's follow-through did not match their initial promise, as a subsequent message informed me that the pickup would be delayed by 24-48 hours. This inconsistency led to a disappointing experience. Despite attempting to contact the pickup executive three times, my calls went unresponded."
