3rd class service by Delhivery. No timely delivery of product, no contact to customer care. Simply wait for product to deliver at their convenience. God knows why amazon is using their service. It ruining name of amazon and other good brands. I have to personally collect from the warehouse -5 star from me.
Extremely disappointed with Delhivery’s service. My package was delayed for no valid reason, and to make things worse, they kept giving false updates and excuses. The delivery date kept changing, and their customer support was completely unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with such unprofessional and unreliable service. Definitely not recommended!
