Deluxe Electrical Service (Electrician)

Called Rahul today for attaching new ac mcb point. He said he will come around 2pm. He came exactly on time. He went to the hardware store with me to buy the mcb after which he made the mcb point for my new ac. Best thing was he was carrying essential tools like drilling machine, extra wires, nails, etc. so I didn’t have to purchase them separately. He is polite, however there was some miscommunication about the labor charges on call but he negotiated when I requested with out any hassle. Will surely call him the next time i need his service.

I contacted Deluxe Electrical Service on Monday 15th July 2024 and they sent a team of three people Rahul Kumar was leading them. The service was very disappointing. Rahul Kumar was not professional and unskilled in his work. They only partially completed the job and took the payment and promised me to return next day to finish rest of the work but they never came back. Rahul electrician whenever i call him he ignored my calls and made false promises for coming in half an hour. The quality of their work was poor and I found all three workers to be lazy. Their customer service was also unsatisfactory. My overall experience with them was not satisfied.

Rahul the electrician provided services on 5th june 2024 at 9 pm on our call. He did the needed work partialy and promised to fix the balance work in morning but since then I had approached him many a times but he didn't turned up and not answer the calls. I approached the other person from their group but failed to get balance services. They are asking extra money to xome again for the pending work left by rahul. Even the other person promised to refund the amount but not did. I would simply say here that you may be good in work but not good in customer relations. Now I don't want any services or money from them but others should must know about their cheat behavior. One should respect others. I am humiliated past fifteen days for getting my pending work to be done. Sir check your reply. I have not given any service but your staff had provided service. I have enough of proofs of your services.

Excellent professional and mature approach. Unlike other electricians, they do not ask for unnecessary money. They are very reasonable in their charges and also help in thorough installation and subsequent inspection tahsnk you deluxe electrical service electrician

I am glad to share this review . The service provided by them is very good and they are highly professional and most importantly they are good in behavior and they work really hard . They charge genuine amount and i hope they will do same in future . I highly suggest everyone to take service from them .
