Not at all happy with the service as they packed the things so hurriedly that it took almost a month to arrange the things as they randomly packed and mixed all the things together and completed the whole shifting process in less than 2 hours. After completing the unloading they demanded money and I paid Rs 500 but demanded Rs1000 and were not coming out of the house until I paid them. It was late and I have a 2 years old son due to which I had to pay extra and eventually paid a total of Rs800 as tips to the labourers. It took a whole day to get the AC uninstalled and reinstalled and they charged Rs1500 just for the shifting but cheated me on the copper wire, and when complained to the supervisor Deepak, he was least helpful and said that is how it works. I request all those who are looking to avail Dev packers and movers for moving their house or belongings to go for reputed movers and packers instead of wasting time and money on these thugs.

We moved our house locally within Hyderabad from Kukatpally to Banjara Hills, and AD Packers and Movers did an amazing job. The packing team was very skilled and quick. They handled heavy items like wardrobes, washing machines, and sofa sets without any issues. I was impressed by their coordination and politeness. Everything reached safely and on time. One of the most reliable packers in the city.

Cost effective but rash handling of goods. Damaged a few items, insensible labeling. Lost a carom board, damaged book shelf, used permanent marker directly on the surface. No response for damaged or mishandled goods.

This has been the most disgraceful and unprofessional service experience I have ever come across. There is absolutely no communication, no responsibility, and no integrity. They initially quote one price and then arbitrarily increase it later, showing complete disregard for transparency. They do not respond, do not acknowledge messages, and behave with shocking disrespect toward customers. The Google Maps location they provide is entirely fake — there is no office at that address. The entire operation appears misleading, deceptive, and outright unreliable. For your own safety, time, and money, I strongly advise avoiding this service altogether and choosing a legitimate, trustworthy provider instead.

Don't fall for the Fake Ratings Absolutely the worst packers and movers experience I've ever had. I trusted them with my brand-new bike, and it was returned with a huge dent on the petrol tank, scratches all over the bike. Even after all this visible damage, they had the audacity to claim that the bike was "already damaged" beforehand. The so-called manager, DK Chaudhary, came across as extremely rude and full of fake promises and lies. If you can’t handle responsibility and can’t show basic respect to customers, then stop running this business and stop fooling people. If you value your belongings, stay far away from this fraud service. There are plenty of far more reliable and genuine alternatives in the market.
