I have been visiting this shop from long time and have witnessed the business model of the three generations. The mode and medium of communication is too pathetic with the current generation. I observed that they rudely behave with not only customers but also their staff. In today’s era of e-commerce and alternative dealers, Devi has to mend their way of communication and approach.

There is nothing good in Devi Electronics shop. All materials are light weight. Very poor quality materials are stored.
